Pre-scored sheets for Cartridges & Microfluidics

PolyAn offers functionalized Cyclo Olefin Polymer (COP) films, that are characterized by a very low autofluorescence. The funtionalized COP films can be easily cut into suitable formats post printing, and the resulting pre-scored film-chips can be easily integrated into cartridges or microfluidic devices.

The funtionalized COP films sheets are available in slide format (75 x 25 mm) and as larger sheets (75 x 110 mm). Customized pre-scored sheets are available upon request.

COP-films with the following matrices are available: 3D-Amino, 3D-Epoxy, 3D-NHS, 3D-Aldehyde and 3D-Carboxy. Please do not hesitate to contact us, if you require a special surface for binding of your biomolecules that is not listed in the products table.
