Functionalized 96-well Plates
To take advantage of the existing liquid handling and automation solutions for 96-well SBS formats, PolyAn is offering a range of functionalized multiwell products which are equipped with a broad range of reactive surfaces for covalent coupling of biomolecules.
Our functionalized 96-well microplates are optimal for immobilizing biomolecules that inefficiently coat by passive adsorption. Select the most suitable combination of surface and assay conditions for your specific assay from our broad range of different reactive groups.
- Covalant binding Microplates (with 3D-NHS, 3D-Epoxy, or 3D-Aldehyde surface)
- Click chemistry Microplates (with 3D-Azide, 3D-DBCO, or 3D-MTZ surface)
- Biotin-binding Microplates (functionalized with Streptavidin or Neutravidin)
Our 3D-reactive surfaces are functionalized with a three-dimensional (3D)-surface chemistry comprised of a long-chain polymer containing a defined number of reactive groups. The 3D-structure enables a higher loading with reactive groups and incorporates structures that reduce unspecific binding. Optimized loading and low unspecific binding can translate into a higher signal-to-noise ratio.

Plate designs
PolyAn offers plates for colorimetric, chemiluminescence and fluorescent detection systems. Additionally, PolyAn offers functionalized PCR products, Solvent-stabe Microplates, as well as Glass-bottom Microplates.

Please do not hesitate to contact us, if you require special surfaces for binding of your biomolecules that are not listed in the products table. As part of our Molecular Surface Engineering services we can also functionalize other plate formats and substrates with our surfaces.
