Carboxy-functionalized Fluorescent Microbeads

PolyAn's Carboxy-functionalized fluorescent beads can be used for the EDC/NHS-mediated coupling of Amine-containing (bio)molecules.

PolyAn offers a wide variety of functionalized, fluorescent particles that can be used for multiplexed assays or calibration in flow cytometry and fluorescence imaging. 

The fluorescence intensity of the beads can be tailored to specific applications and read-out systems. We are happy to help you select the right fluorescence intensity for your application. The standard packaging volume for our fluorescent, unmodified bead is 1.5 mL. Please note, that PolyAn also produces customized microparticles which incorporate fluorophores for other spectral ranges. All beads are available in sizes between 2-20µm. A custom modification with antibodies or oligonucleotides is available upon request. Please do not hesitate to contact us!
