Pre-scored sheets for Cartridges & Microfluidics
PolyAn offers functionalized Cyclo Olefin Polymer (COP) films, that are characterized by a very low autofluorescence. The funtionalized COP films can be easily cut into suitable formats post printing, and the resulting pre-scored film-chips can be easily integrated into cartridges or microfluidic devices.
The funtionalized COP films have a thickness of 188 µm and are available in slide format (75 x 25 mm) and as larger sheets (75 x 110 mm). Customized pre-scored sheets are available upon request.

Customized surfaces
COP-films are also available with 3D-Carboxy and 3D-Aldehyde surface. PolyAn also equips glass slides, coverslips, polymer slides and 96-well plates with reactive surfaces.
