3D-Carboxy Microplates

reactive surface for EDC/NHS-mediated coupling of biomolecules via their primary amine groups

Carboxy groups can be activated with EDC (1-Ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide) and NHS (N-hydroxysuccinimide) to form a highly reactive intermediate. This intermediate can be easily reacted with NH2-groups of biochemical species.
